• Honestly, the butter gan-pung-gi (sweet and spicy fried chicken) and yurin-gi (fried chicken in a tangy sauce) were better than the mala tang (Sichuan numbing-spicy soup) here. The mala tang itself isn't all that intense.
• The portions are smaller than you'd expect if you're a big eater. It's a good alternative to izakaya oden (Japanese fish cake stew) for people who come in the evening to chat over highballs.
• The interior and exterior give off a Kowloon Walled City or Hong Kong kind of feel, which was really satisfying
