• Having only had places like Saengsaeng Udon or rest-stop udon before, I used to think 'no matter how good udon gets, it's still just udon'. But after trying the inari (yubu) udon here, I realized it's simply on a different level.
• By the way, the fried tofu is sweet!
• They say Koreans eat udon for the broth while Japanese people eat it for the noodles. I finally understood what that actually means.
• It's known as a great place, but since Japan has so many udon masters, I couldn't judge it without visiting first, so I gave it 2 ribbons.
• The reason I now tell people around me to try udon when they go to Japan is because of how shocked I was after eating here.
