Notes

• Hands down the best ramen shop in Busan. The chicken skin gyoza is also this place's own signature dish, so I recommend trying it alongside your ramen.
• Personally, I'd recommend the thick noodles for the spicy broth, and the thin noodles for the regular tonkotsu ramen (pork bone broth ramen). The thin noodles seem to soak up the broth much better, which pairs well with tonkotsu.
• They don't actually offer that many types of ramen. I think that's exactly why they can hit this level of quality, by focusing on just a few menu items.
