• Honestly, the other dishes I tried. The pasta, the steak (it has a sous-vide feel, which might just not be my preferred style. I didn't try the squid-ink gnocchi since I can't eat anything with sea urchin in it), are all decent, nothing bad. But... the spinach gnocchi is genuinely insane. Maybe it's just because I haven't eaten much gnocchi, but I still haven't forgotten the shock of that first bite. Without exaggeration, I think this is something you need to try before you die.
• It's potato-based, creamy with a savory depth, and crisp outside while soft inside. The spinach sauce pairs with it incredibly well too. If I were rich, I'd definitely make a point of taking all my close friends here at least once. (Though to be fair, compared to other expensive Western restaurants, it's hard to call the price all that steep.)
