Notes

• One of the top three gelato places in Milan. What I've noticed since coming to Korea is that things like the wood-fired pizza and pasta I had in Italy have often been recreated here, or even made more to Korean tastes in a lot of places. But nothing here comes close when it comes to gelato.
• While other gelaterias often feel like they can't tell the difference between soft-serve and real gelato, this place captures the true essence of authentic gelato. The smoothness of gelato combined with that crisp, icy crunch.
• Honestly, with wood-fired pizza and pasta (though I'm not sure I know a truly great pasta place), if you go to a sufficiently good, well-known place in Korea, you can get a taste that's just as good or even better than in Italy. But gelato is different. For gelato, you really need to seek out a place that does it well and try it there.
