Yeongjin Dwaeji Gukbap (Yeonsan branch)
영진돼지국밥 연산점
A famous spot. The suyuk (boiled pork slices) is top-notch and generous, though the gukbap (pork rice soup) itself is a notch below other places.
Notes
- I haven't been to the main branch so I can't say for sure, but honestly, my spoon kept reaching for the suyuk more than the gukbap here. That's not to say it's bad. It's plenty good enough to call a proper local favorite.
- Heads-up When you eat dwaeji gukbap, don't forget to add saeujeot (salted fermented shrimp) and jeongguji (garlic chives)!! (Skip them and you'll make any Busan native furious.)
