Wonjo Busan Jokbal
원조부산족발
One of the two pillars of Bupyeong-dong's Jokbal Alley (jokbal is a Korean dish of braised pig's trotters). The birthplace of naengchae jokbal (a cold jokbal salad).
Notes
- One of the top two jokbal restaurants in Bupyeong-dong's Jokbal Alley. It's also the place that first came up with naengchae jokbal.
- Personally, I think both are delicious, but I prefer Bupyeong Jokbal because I like buljok (a spicy, fire-seasoned version of jokbal). That said, Wonjo Busan Jokbal has been around longer, so if you want to experience more of the original version, it's not a bad idea to check it out.
