The tendon (tempura rice bowl) place with the best balance I've had.
Notes
- Of all the tendon I've tried, this place did the eggplant tempura best, and the balance among all the tempura pieces was great. Adding an onsen tamago (soft-poached egg) on the side made it even more delicious.
- It stuck in my memory because the tempura was balanced just right so it never felt too greasy. It's a bit of a shame to hear it's closed now.
