Notes

• Known for its spicy dosakmyeon (Chinese knife-cut noodles) and xiaolongbao (soup dumplings).
• The dosakmyeon is so famous that people line up from the morning. That said, it has a lot of chili oil in it, so it can be pretty intense.
• Personally, I think the dosakmyeon tastes even better with cilantro added, though that's probably going to be a matter of taste.
• The noodles are really thick. Eat carefully so you don't splash yourself.
