• The meat has exactly that spicy, savory umami flavor you'd want
• The ppyeo sutbulgui (charcoal-grilled pork bone meat) is the signature dish, and ordering it comes with gamjatang on the side
• Personally I found it tasty, but the food is pretty salty across the board, so you'll need to drink a lot of water
