Notes

• Pretty much all the bread here is good, and they're especially skilled with their shio pan (salt bread) lineup!
• One of their signature items is a hollow bread, when you order it, they fill it with ice cream! You choose between pistachio and raspberry. If you want something a bit tangy, go raspberry. if you want more of that nutty aroma, pistachio seems like the better choice.
• The cup is stylish when you order a hot drink. It's also a good environment for studying alone at the cafe.
• Originally both the 1st and 2nd branches were in Seongsu, but since the 1st branch's space was better suited to pop-up stores, it looks like that one has since closed and only the 2nd branch remains. Personally, though, the 2nd branch suits my taste better anyway.
• I remember the 1st branch feeling a bit alienating, actually, because it was so wide-open and so pristine in its atmosphere.
