Notes

• A franchise that really just does both udon and soba reliably well, across the board.
• That said, the combination of cold broth and meat doesn't seem to work all that well together. I've only tried the cold udon and cold soba dishes, so my assessment here is a bit uncertain.
• Though even if I tried the hot udon or hot soba, I doubt my opinion would change all that much. The noodles just don't reach the level you get at a truly great udon place.
