Notes

• Setting aside the fact that it was actually run by a celebrity, the food here is genuinely delicious.
• The prices are a bit high, but the meat quality is insane.
• Honestly, if you're going for brisket, this place beats Munch's BBQ. At Munch's, the brisket dries out and loses its juiciness as you eat it, which was disappointing (that's why I didn't add it to this list. And even if I did, it would get zero ribbons), whereas this place had a perfectly balanced brisket.
• If there's one downside, it's that there's just too much of it, lol.
• At the end, you can have beef soup as a kind of 'dessert,' and it's excellent too. The meat in the soup has a texture like jangjorim (soy-braised beef), so it shreds softly along the grain, which makes it even tastier.
