Notes

• The butterscotch is delicious in a way that reminds me of the honey marron at Puff Out in Seongsu. Where the honey marron balances its flavor with chestnut cream, this one leans into a rich, sweet coffee feel.
• With sweet cream on top and an Americano-like coffee base underneath, essentially an einspänner (Vienna-style coffee topped with whipped cream). The flavors balance each other out, and drinking it all together feels wonderfully harmonious.
• They seem to have a lot of bread- and tart-style desserts too, though I haven't tried them. Given the good reviews, they're probably tasty.
