• It has the flavor that captures the common strengths of the standout chicken sandwich places around Seongsu-dong. It feels like all those strengths distilled into one.
• The bun is tasty, and so is everything else, from the patty to the pickles. It's tasty even delivered.
• There's a dish where they score small whole potatoes, drizzle them with truffle oil, and fry them. It was delicious while keeping the potato's refined, simple flavor.
• Like most handmade burger places, the price is a bit high, though for a handmade burger joint, it's not actually that bad.
• It feels like a clever mix of Mexican food and American-style handmade burgers, the signature menu changes every month.
