Notes

• A pork restaurant that's even been selected by the Michelin Guide.
• They grill the meat for you!
• The rice here is genuinely their signature, grill some pork, put it on top of the rice, and eat it together for an amazing flavor.
• Heads up, the wait here is intense.
• They have their own signature meat menu items, but I'd recommend just sticking with the regular moksal (pork collar) or samgyeopsal (pork belly).
• I wouldn't recommend things like the truffle jjapaghetti (instant black bean noodles). Doesn't feel worth the price.
