Notes

• This is the place that got me into milmyeon in the first place, and honestly, it was the undisputed number one. The only place that could even compete with it on flavor was Gaegeum Milmyeon. For milmyeon, it's very sweet and sharply spicy. Bold, intense flavor is its signature.
• To be precise, it's really the mul-milmyeon (milmyeon in cold broth) that's truly unmatched. And since the flavor is so bold, the bibim-milmyeon (mixed, no-broth version) was a bit too spicy to eat comfortably. I always ended up ordering a double portion of the broth version instead.
• It is a franchise, to be fair. Maybe I should check out another branch sometime (the Beomil branch)...
• There are times I get an intense craving for this taste. A milmyeon place that three generations of true Busan natives approve of.
