Dongolyakbang
돈골약방
A dwaeji gomtang (pork bone soup) place to enjoy in Seongsu.
Notes
- The clean broth is superb. A great place to get introduced to dwaeji gomtang as a dish.
- (I don't drink myself, but) this feels like a place where ordering a cold suyuk (boiled pork slices) to go with soju would hit the spot. The clean broth is exactly the kind of flavor you'd crave on a rainy, humid day.
- The cut of meat felt a bit different from when I first ate here. It's still tasty, but maybe it's for cost-cutting reasons... it's a bit of a letdown.
- As far as I know, they're usually only open on weekdays. (I don't remember if they're open Saturdays, but they're definitely closed Sundays.)
