Notes

• I had yukhoe maki (raw beef tartare maki roll) and jokbal guksu (pig's trotter noodle soup). It's one of the top five things I've eaten in my life. The yukhoe maki in particular was really unique and delicious.
• I don't drink, so I didn't try it, but they also serve highballs. I think their signature highball has cucumber in it.
• There was already a wait right at opening, and some people had reservations. Delivery looks like it's available too. Since it's popular, it might be worth getting there early.
• It feels like a Korean reinterpretation of Japanese-style Taiwanese-Chinese food. A really unique and enjoyable experience.
