• Most people know about fluffy souffle cakes but haven't actually had many chances to try one. If you want to experience that jiggly texture for yourself, this is a solid choice!
• I had the creme brulee souffle pancake, and it was pleasantly sweet and delicious!
• It paired well with an iced Americano!
• It's basically a pancake (hotcake) puffed way up, giving it a fluffy texture like a sponge cake. The flavor isn't especially strong, but the texture is really interesting.
• As an experience, it's definitely worth trying at least once!
