Aga Gelato (Seongsu)

Notes

• They're clearly skilled at gelato. Take the salted milk flavor, for example. Its texture comes close to, just barely behind, what I had at a great gelateria in Milan, Italy.
• That said, it doesn't quite fully match that texture, and the other flavors felt similar to typical gelato shops elsewhere in Korea, which was a bit disappointing.
• It was fun that they had unusual custom flavors, like mugwort latte. It actually tasted good too, delicious, but also unique and fun. The gelato genuinely tastes like ssuk jeolpyeon (mugwort rice cake)!
